For the final developmental adjustments to the final i have added ran filltering grip humps on each separate seat which guids rain away from the seat in addtion to its fliping. An interst con venience to this bench is it has two sitting heights for tall or shor bodies.

Final design with developments

For the final design the following developments have been made: a backink support has been added to the bench and it can flip around on a locking hinge, i have also added the convenience of a 36o degree rotation on the bench and its support.

This bench is perhapes the best candidate Interms of a development its is ver simple bust very effective in rainy areas, when it is wet and not yet dry u can simply flip it over to the drier, symetrical side.

This bench could possible be developed su to its asthetically pleasing appearance as well as it room beneath that can craddel people suitcases in a air port, train or buss station. it is also one peice and very easliy moulded.

Developmental design 1

This bench development is simple and in one peice , making it very mass productable and only requires to bolts for mounting, it also has to heights of seating for separate height groups. This design was a strong infulence on the 3rd development and the final design.

Bench Concept 15

This concept is a interesting and pleasing asthetic deign and would suit higher class areas, unfortunatly it offers little interms of inovative funtion. making it one of my weaker designs

This concept in terms of its form and shape is an interesting design with room for luggage beneath it as well as only one support on the left hand side. The bench would need for original function in-order to be further developed

Bench Concept 12

This bench is very minimalist and simple in its design, however it has good cover for any luggage people may have with them. It also has memory foam on the bench to make the seating extremely comfortable for long waits

Bench Concept 9

This design offers a unique function in terms of the seats being able to be added or subtracted at with they are also very simple in form making them easily mass produceable. The seats can face either way depending on viewing preference i.e. in two way bus station. They also have room underneath for luggage

Bench Concept 8

This design is mostly asethic, its main function/ attractive feature its is room for luggage beneth in single weight support. The angle makes the bench interesting.

Bench Concept 7

This deign is quite convenient as it can fit direcly against a wall , or it its not on a wall the rounded back can be used to lean on if the user prefers it.

Bench Concept 6

This bench design is rather simple and would be easily produced/ moulded. is has a open and closing transparent cover for ur luggae to protect it from rain and thieft.

Bench Concept 5

This bench reconomicly fits most bodies ergonomicly wit is curved seeat .The advantages of this design is it can be carve out of a single block of wood or made with a single mould

Bench Concept 4

This bench is very simple and takes up very little room. The curved design allows different seating height giving a variety for any user.

Bench Concept 3

The advantages to this design is that it has the look off a traditional bench, making it fit in to most surroundings. The most important feature tot the bench is the wide arm rest which can be used to put phones or luuggage, plants can also be placed here.

In between the the stucture of this design there is a slightly stretchable fabric which cushions the bench making it more comfortable seating for users
